Bookings must be made via email or through our Website. Reservations are only confirmed after full or partial payment and written confirmation from us.
All deposits are non-refundable.
You may pay a 30% deposit to confirm the service. However, full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before the scheduled service date.
If the full payment is not received in time, BusCom SIA reserves the right to cancel the service without refund of any deposit paid.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card (3.5% surcharge), and Stripe.
Invoices are issued based on the payment method and must include full company billing details if applicable.
Price offers are not fixed and may change based on availability, vehicle location, dates, and other operational circumstances. Offers are valid for a limited time and subject to re-confirmation upon payment.
If payment is made but the originally proposed vehicle is no longer available, we will inform the client and attempt to offer a suitable alternative. Additional charges may apply.
All communication must be held in written form by email.
Clients may request changes or cancellations in writing. Approval is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by BusCom SIA to be valid.
Cancellation less than 10 business days before service: full charge applies.
No-show (Client not present at pickup within 60 minutes): 100% charge.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation confirmation and may take up to 14 working days to process.
If a client experiences an unexpected situation affecting the service, they must notify our office within 12 hours of the incident. We will make reasonable efforts to assist based on the nature of the issue and contract terms.
If, after review, we determine the complaint is not justified and our contractual obligations were fulfilled, we reserve the right to deny any refund request.
Clients must behave respectfully, follow local laws, and cooperate with BusCom SIA staff and partners.
Clients are liable for any damages caused by them or their party.
Failure to meet financial obligations (e.g. providing accommodation or meals for drivers, if agreed) may lead to service termination and additional charges.
Clients are not permitted to arrange or agree on any additional services, detours, or extensions directly with the driver. All such requests must be communicated in advance with the BusCom SIA office and agreed upon in writing. Charges may apply for any adjustments.
Clients must provide the correct, complete, and precise destination address and confirm that it is suitable and accessible for the vehicle type requested. BusCom SIA and its drivers will do their best to follow the route and itinerary provided, but BusCom SIA cannot be held liable for errors in the address, incorrect timing, or inaccessible roads—especially in locations where large vehicles cannot safely or legally enter. If the address is incorrect, unsuitable, or unreachable, BusCom SIA reserves the right to deliver the service to the nearest physically accessible location or offer an alternative solution. Clients are solely responsible for these details, and no refund shall be issued under such circumstances. Please note that BusCom SIA is not responsible for knowing the detailed layout of every city or street across Europe.
If an itinerary needs to be changed at the last minute due to circumstances beyond BusCom SIA's control (such as road renovations, detours, traffic congestion, or closures), BusCom SIA is not responsible for delays or alternate arrival routes. The client is responsible for ensuring the practicality and feasibility of the proposed itinerary. In such cases, the client shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund.
All drivers operate under European Union driver working time regulations. If the client or group is late for the agreed pickup time, and waiting would cause the driver to exceed their legally permitted working hours, the driver may leave without completing the pickup. Unless a prior written agreement is made with a BusCom SIA representative at least 24 hours before the service begins, this will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the client shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation. If no waiting time has been pre-arranged or stated in the service agreement, a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes is included in the service. After this time, the driver is authorized to leave in order to comply with their schedule and not impact subsequent services.
BusCom SIA aims to provide high-quality services as described. If we fail to do so, we may offer appropriate compensation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service and excludes any indirect or consequential losses.
We provide our Website and services "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Website. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or any damages, unless due to gross negligence or intent, and only as allowed by law.
BusCom SIA is not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
