Per vehicle. You get one clear price for the vehicle and its driver, whatever the number of passengers on board.
The vehicle, a professional driver, fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. On airport transfers, flight tracking is included too. There are no hidden extras.
For spring, summer and trade-fair weeks we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead. For major events, book as early as possible.
Often, yes. Ask us even for a next-day transfer and we will check what we can do.

Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a sign with your group name. We send you the driver's name and phone number before arrival.
We track the flight and adjust the pickup at no extra cost. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time is included.
Yes. We plan one vehicle per arrival wave, or one larger coach with a planned waiting time, whichever is better value for you.
Minibuses and coaches from 8 to 72 seats: vans and minivans for up to 8 passengers, minibuses (Mercedes Sprinter type) for 10–19, midi coaches for 20–35, standard coaches with a luggage hold for about 50, and large coaches for up to 72, with double-deckers on request. For larger groups we combine several vehicles. See our fleet.
A 19-seat minibus usually takes 19 passengers with one suitcase and one cabin bag each, and coaches carry luggage in a separate hold. For bulky luggage, sports equipment or instruments we suggest a bigger vehicle or a luggage trailer. Not sure which size you need? Tell us the number of passengers and pieces of luggage and we will recommend the right vehicle.
No, we provide the transport only. You book tickets and guides directly or through your travel agency, and we time the pickup to your entry slot. Your guide is welcome to travel on the coach with the group.
Yes, they are a regular part of our work: for example from Paris to Normandy, the Loire Valley, Brussels, Amsterdam and London, from Berlin to Dresden and Prague, or around the Benelux. The driver's working hours are planned so that every day of the trip is legal and safe.
Most of our drivers speak English. If your group needs another language, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will do our best.
